Yuwa, Inc. does not reveal your personal information to third parties, unless required to do so by law. Inside Yuwa, Inc., this information is only disclosed to those Yuwa, Inc. officers designated to process the donation.

To comply with federal regulations, we keep a record of all donations, the names of donors, and contact information.

Credit Card Donations

With credit card donations, we do not receive your credit card information. All online donations are handled by Paypal and Active, whose privacy statement is located here.

Yuwa, Inc. is a California Non-Profit Corporation (EIN: 26-4079346).  Yuwa has filed a 1023 form with the IRS to achieve 501c3 status.  However, the IRS has not yet ruled on Yuwa’s status.  In the interim period, Yuwa, Inc. may still accept contributions for its exempt purposes.  If Yuwa is approved by the IRS for 501c3 status within the 2009 tax year, donations made to Yuwa during that year can still be deducted from the donors’ 2009 taxable income. 

Yuwa, Inc. has the ultimate authority to use contributions made to the organization at Yuwa’s discretion for purposes consistent with its exempt purposes.
